What is True Rest Yoga?


True Rest Yoga is a gateway to the stillness & peace of your natural Being.


It is a movement meditation.


 We practice traditional Hatha Yoga, slowly & consciously, welcoming the direct sensations of the body with kindness & giving them space to unwind naturally. We gently stretch in every direction whilst breathing slowly & deeply, leading to a profound release of physical, mental & emotional tension. 


The class is suitable for both beginners and those experienced in Yoga. 

We practice in a welcoming & non-judgemental space, where each individual is encouraged to work at their own level.
